In 1892, the Pullman Palace Car Company employed more than 6,000 workers. Many were highly skilled artists and craftsmen, whose work was critical to the success of the company. Today, Pullman continues to attract a wide array of artists, craftsmen and other creatives whose work is critical to the evolving vitality of Pullman as a community, an arts hub, a destination for tens of thousands of visitors every year.
